A couple records were broken in Cleveland’s 6-0 victory over the Cubs in Game 1 of the 2016 World Series last night. The first record was set by Indians starting pitcher, Corey Kluber, who started the game by striking out eight of nine batters by the third inning. After the final out was recorded, Indians manager Terry Francona set the second record of the evening by becoming the first manager in history to win his first nine World Series games.

Game 2 of the World Series starts at 7:08 PM EDT this evening. On the mound, it’ll be Trevor Bauer (if his finger can handle it) for the Indians vs. Jake Arrieta for the visiting Cubs.
